Is this your debut in the world of surfing? This place is made for you, this spot is located on the west side of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré. This place is perfect for beginners or regulars because the waves are low and suitable for everyone. They break left or right. The best waves appear when the wind comes from the northeast. Just 10 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car from the Sunêlia Interlude campsite, you can get there easily. Parking is available right at the entrance to the beach. The first surf school on the island of Ré, RÉ SURF has been offering quality instruction since 2011 on the beaches of Portes en Ré (Lizay beach) and Bois-Plage (Gros-Jonc beach).
