Noémie
Project and customer experience managerNoémie joined the fabulous company Sunêlia Interlude in 2018 to finish her studies. She began her career at reception with an internship then a work-study program for the position of reception and reservations manager. Its mission was to advise you and welcome you for a successful rental or pitch stay from booking until your departure. She transmits her boundless energy and good humor to her entire team, which will expand in 2022 with the arrival of Clémentine who supports her in her missions.
Recently, she has moved to the position of project and customer experience manager to promote the perpetual improvement of Sunêlia Interlude and guarantee excellent satisfaction with our dear customers. It is certain that his new position will bring him a new vision of outdoor hospitality and his missions will lead to future developments.

Head of catering servicesYou probably know him, Marcel is our social media star with his culinary tutorials to make with the family. Arrived in 2018, he was able to bring his personal touch to make the restaurant La Grillérade a warm place where spending gourmet moments on the Ile de Ré becomes essential.

Room managerOur smiling Virginie manages the entire room team (maîtres d'hôtel, heads of rows, clerks, etc.). She sees to the organization of the work, the planning of the schedules and the management of the stocks.

Grocery managerShe shares the position of manager of the grocery store, each part of the day: Chloé ensures the proper functioning in the morning for your breakfasts and lunches while Barbara takes care of treating your children during the snack and preparing you. dinner. Mélina
Spa managerOriginally from Deux-Sèvres, Mélina is a real tornado of energy in the field of aesthetics! She obtained her BAC PRO in Angoulême before heading off on an adventure to Nantes to train in body massages for 6 months. 💆♀️
Her first plunge into the professional world led her to become a wellness expert in a thalassotherapy center in St Malo, then to travel the globe as a spa practitioner in various Med clubs, from the Alps to Portugal. At the same time, she juggles brilliantly as a freelancer. 😍
At the campsite, Mélina juggles between managing schedules, relaxation sessions and attentively listening to customer needs. She loves chatting with them and making sure they leave with a smile. 😀
What makes her tick in her work? Massages (obviously!), customer satisfaction and cohesion with your team. Endowed with an attentive ear, natural charisma and limitless ambition, Mélina is the rare gem for our institute. ✨
Mélina chose Sunêlia Interlude for its family atmosphere and its team who stick together in good times and bad. His favorite on the Ile de Ré? The port of La Flotte, where she can relax and sunbathe on the magnificent beaches. 🏖

Technical directorWith his team, he ensures the proper functioning of all the equipment at the Sunêlia Interlude campsite for a hassle-free stay on the Ile de Ré. He cares about your well-being. The watchword for its service: responsiveness.
Alban
Head of Green SpacesHis mission? To decorate the entire campsite with his team, so that you can enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Nature is preserved and flourishing, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy.
Alban joined us a few years ago in the Green Spaces department to maintain the campsite alongside Claire.
He wanted to move on to another position(s) to deepen his knowledge and skills. A keen cyclist, he helped Sébastien in July and August with bike hire. He also provided site security as a daytime supervisor in 2023.
Always ready to help, he continues to lend a hand in the green spaces in the pre-season, as well as in the technical department when needed.
Angélique
They welcome your children from 3 months to 3 years old in Baby Sunny, our micro-nursery certified by the PMI. Reassuring and smiling, your children will spend serene holidays surrounded by Angélique and her team of professionals in early childhood.
Clémentine
Reception and Reservations ManagerClémentine who joins the Interlude team in 2021 to support Noémie, our reception manager. For the 2024 season, you will find her as reception manager, in turn supporting Céline. Originally from Brittany, she began her studies in communication then decided to specialize in tourism at the IAE in La Rochelle with the Master in Tourism.
Why tourism and outdoor hospitality in particular?
Clémentine wishes to apply her communication skills in the tourism sector. With numerous professional experiences in France and Quebec, she now wishes to develop her customer relations and what could be better than a position at reception. Customer relations are at the heart of our business. Always attentive, she wants to understand the challenges in the field after experience in a consulting firm. His choice naturally fell on a 5-star campsite looking for new talents! Evolving in an exceptional setting which is the Ile de Ré finally convinced her to join us.
Dynamic and bubbly, new projects and challenges motivate her to surpass herself. Next step: develop digitalization within reception while retaining the essential human aspect.
Jania
HousekeeperMeet Jania, the new housekeeper, 32 years old, a radiant Rochelaise of Haitian origin with an inspiring journey. Born in Haiti and arrived in France at the age of 4, she grew up on the sunny coasts of La Rochelle. ☀️
With a professional baccalaureate in hand, she started as a chambermaid, but it was by discovering this profession that she found her calling. Training as a housekeeper in 2017 in La Rochelle consolidated her passion for this field.
Why this job? It's in his genes! Her grandparents were in the hotel industry, a tradition she continues with pride. In the future, she would like to set up her own concierge service, an ambition that motivates her on a daily basis. 💼

Assistant reception managerDiscover Céline, our whirlwind of good humor at the Sunêlia Interlude campsite since April 2023!
Originally from Nantes, she made her way to Toulouse at the age of 5. It was there that his passion for hospitality and tourism came to life, ultimately leading him to join the large Sunêlia Interlude family.
Her adventure within the campsite began as an intern, where she held the positions of receptionist and project management, from April to September.
Passionate about the Ile de Ré since her internship, she continued her career with us by becoming assistant accommodation and reception manager on a work-study basis.
Her academic career took her from a BAC ES to a Bachelor in hospitality and tourism at Toulouse Business School, to finish her studies with a Master in Management of Accommodation Units and Tourist Stays at the IAE in La Rochelle.
His ultimate ambition is to open his own campsite in the future.
At the campsite, Céline skillfully juggles between the tasks of organization, welcoming customers, and managing reservations. She particularly appreciates contact with customers, building loyalty, and teamwork.

Assistant housekeeperShe assists Anthony in his daily missions throughout the year within the campsite: organization of team work, control of accommodation, fulfillment of orders... The hidden side of the housekeeper's job is vast. She completed her hotel high school in Angoulême then perfected her skills as a housekeeper at the hotel high school in Toulouse.
What better satisfaction than seeing stars in customers’ eyes? She pays attention to detail to best satisfy our customers. Another charming asset of his job is the human contact with the teams and customers which allows him to flourish within the Bois Plage campsite.

Communications and events managerJoana joins our team as communications manager alongside Aimy-Alizée. Arriving since July 2023, she is making her mark for 1 year within Sunêlia Interlude in order to validate her master's degree in Marketing at ISME - Institut Supérieur de Management des Entreprises de La Rochelle.
Originally from La Rochelle and in love with the region, she is looking for a business that reflects her image and close to where she lives. Creative, attracted by tourism and travel, her choice naturally fell on our company in search of new talent.

Assistant restaurant managerYou already know her if you have been coming since 2021, she is Louise: head waiter in our restaurant. For 2024, she will be Virginia's deputy to manage services, teams, stocks, etc.
Where is she from ? From Poitiers, but the proximity to the ocean and customer contact awakened in Louise a love of the Ile de Ré.
Smiling and dynamic, it is with pleasure that she contributes to the happiness of our customers by pampering them.
Louise's passion? Modern jazz dance that she has been practicing for 10 years!
Sébastien
Bike rental and technicianSébastien joined Sunêlia Interlude and his team in 2016 as a seasonal bike rental company. He lived on the Ile de Ré when he was young, then in the South, he returned to settle there.
No more seasons, make way for a year-round position. Double hat for Sébastien: bike rental in season and technician in winter.
He has field knowledge and an undeniable sense of interpersonal skills. Our customers appreciate him for his professionalism and his cycling advice. His colleagues appreciate him for the help he is always ready to give them.
Alban
Green spaces agent, technician, bike rental company...Alban joined us a few years ago in the Green Spaces department to maintain the campsite alongside Claire.
He wanted to move on to another position(s) to deepen his knowledge and skills. Passionate about cycling, he helped Sébastien in July and August with bike rental. He also ensured the security of the site as a day supervisor in 2023.
Always ready to help, he continues to lend a hand to green spaces in the pre-season but also to technology when needed.
Alicia
Home AgentAlicia, 22 years old, reception agent at Camping Sunêlia Interlude! ⛺
Originally from Saint-Étienne, Alicia moved to La Rochelle four years ago to continue her studies.
Purely French, she obtained a literary baccalaureate before embarking on a degree in foreign languages in La Rochelle, specializing in English and Indonesian. Her journey even took her to Bali during a six-month university exchange! Now after her studies, Alicia is destined for the world of hospitality, travel and tourism. 🧳🌎

Assistant housekeeperWe introduce you to Stan, our super 22-year-old assistant housekeeper, originally from Saint Savinien who also accompanies Anthony. With a STMG baccalaureate in human resources, he began his career by deploying his talent in the vineyards before deciding that the Sunelia Interlude campsite was the perfect place for him! 🍇🤗
Stan joined our team in 2021, moving from a position in mobile home cleanliness and hygiene to a permanent housekeeper position since August. In winter, he turns into a green space pro 🌿. His three pillars for his work? Rigor, organization, and management!
On a daily basis, Stan juggles controlling mobile homes, team management, weekly planning, and he does it all with a smile! His qualities? Rigor, organization, and punctuality - a winning trio. 💪
Why our campsite? Stan was seduced by the nearby beach and the charm of the 5-star campsite. He likes the family atmosphere that reigns here and finds joy in managing his team while remaining close to the field. ✨

Home AgentMeet Arthur, our talented 18-year-old reception agent, straight from Poitiers! 🌍 He started this summer as a hygiene officer from July to August, then began his work-study course in September. Currently on a work-study program for two years to obtain his BTS in tourism, specializing in outdoor hospitality at CIPECMA in Châtelaillon-Plage. 📚
Before that, Arthur obtained his STHR baccalaureate in hotel and catering science and technology. His ambition? Continue with a mana HPA license in Perpignan and become a director, with the ultimate dream of creating your own camping chain like Sunêlia 🎓.

What motivated you to work at Interlude?
I was looking for a place to practice my profession as a beautician with a heavenly workplace and a family atmosphere
What did your experience at the Sunêlia Interlude campsite and more specifically at Beauté & Spa bring you?
On a professional level, self-confidence. With my role as assistant spa manager, I was able to have responsibilities. On a personal level, calm and perspective on things and patience.
What if you told us an anecdote?
It's not really an anecdote but more of a fact that could make other people want to come and work. The living environment is really ideal in summer, the weather is nice and warm, the sunsets are magnificent, life in Retaise is very nice and I have met lots of wonderful people. That’s also why I come back!
Dimitri, assistant housekeeper
First season in 2021 as a hygiene officer for a summer job without really knowing the outdoor hospitality sector then finally we get a taste for it and above all we become attached to the team. And here I am again in 2022, for a longer season as assistant housekeeper. Two seasons that taught me a lot, both in terms of professional skills, that’s for sure. But above all on myself, especially self-confidence.
The working environment is idyllic (a real pleasure to swim during the lunch break), the work is certainly intense but very rewarding. The main asset for me of the Sunelia Interlude remains the team cohesion. The mutual assistance between the different departments and the very human side of each person is very appreciable in this type of profession.
It is an establishment with great values, passionate managers who are interested in their staff and who are enormously involved in the life of the campsite.
Good prospects for development are possible.
My personal projects meant that I had to leave this campsite (one thing is certain, tears were shed) but it would have been with great pleasure to sign for an additional season.

Chloé has supported us for the 2023 season.
I loved working with the La Grillérade team last summer (2023). You have all been great trainers, very friendly and understanding. The team was great! I strengthened my relationships and working in a team. I learned a lot in the catering field on all aspects and it was very enriching. I obviously recommend this experience.
Unfortunately I won't be able to come back for the 2024 season but if I have the opportunity to do another season, I would be delighted!

Working as a teen and evening entertainer at the Sunêlia Interlude campsite was an incredible experience for me.
This entertainment profession is also a profession of personal enrichment. In addition to the creative side (regarding the creation of animations to please as many people as possible!), it is above all a job where you have to know how to adapt. With all these assets and these qualities combined, this is where we can exert ourselves fully and I think that this is how we were able to best seduce the public we had in front of us!
The experience was rich in encounters and I think that Amély and I brought as much to the teenagers as they did to us! Joy, good humor and mutual respect. If this season had to be done again, I would do it again without a doubt and without changing anything!

Céline, host then entertainment manager
Arriving in 2010 as a host for one season, then one thing after another, she returns year after year to the Sunêlia Interlude campsite. When her mentor Sylvain left, she succeeded him as entertainment manager in the summer and communications in the winter. A beautiful adventure, filled with memories, which ends in 2018 so that Céline can flourish in an area that is particularly close to her heart: well-being.
At the time, what motivated me to work at Sunelia interlude was Sylvain, my animation manager from the previous season, who convinced me to follow him on a second professional adventure! On a professional level, the experience is above all human and ultra all-terrain! I loved taking on 1000 professions in one and seeing life seen through the prism of holidays, moments of reunion, human warmth and celebration! On a personal level, this period allowed me to meet more people and refine my sense of showmanship! Currently, I remain a presenter at heart but I am now a well-being communications consultant and young author. For the record I would say: now I know how to make candy bars and poodles in balloons and I always look at the mascots with a lot of love knowing the number of I love yous we receive in them.
Work-study 1 year at the reception of the Sunêlia Interlude campsite
A few sentences to describe my work-study year at the Sunêlia Interlude campsite:
I would say rewarding because you have the opportunity to touch everything, to learn from each other's experiences, but above all because the location of the establishment allows you to meet people from everywhere!
Then I would say trainer, a year in the outdoor hotel industry allows you to know the low and high season. Thus we discover the two aspects of the profession which are so different but very complementary.
Finally, I would say cohesive, because yes Interlude is a big family. All departments help each other, and in these special times, without cohesion there is no team! Thank you Interlude for this accomplished year !

Tell us about your experience at Sunêlia Interlude...
Thank you for thinking of me, I’m flattered. So for what motivated me to work at Sunêlia, it's simple: my family was a customer of the campsite for several years, I always lived around the campsite in the summer and I always appreciated the atmosphere. who reigns there. So, when I had the opportunity to come and work there with Antony at the time, I jumped at the chance for the reasons mentioned above but also because I was close to my grandmother's place! Then on a professional level, Sunêlia obviously gave me experience but also a form of serenity and self-confidence in what I was doing because at Sunelia we very quickly become comfortable. All the campsite services are there for that too, we are like a big family but while of course being professional. I'm currently working on my gaming desk on Twitch you can come follow my channel #Medeziak. No more seriously, I still plan to work in catering in the future. And as an anecdote there are so many, if I had to advertise I would say come and see!
