Welcoming people with disabilities at Sunêlia Interlude

At Sunêlia Interlude, we want to give people with disabilities the opportunity to choose their holiday destination in complete freedom.

Since the law of 11 February 2005 for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled people, establishments open to the public (ERP) must be accessible to all types of disability.

We have had an accessibility diagnosis carried out for all the campsite's facilities in 2021. We have carried out some of the recommended adaptations in order to obtain the Tourisme & Handicap label. In this process, we are supported by Charentes Tourisme.

We are in the process of obtaining this label for 3 disabilities: hearing, mental and visual. We also have a PMR accommodation, allowing us to welcome customers with motor disabilities.

We have also started this process for our restaurant for the 4 disabilities.

All of our staff are aware of how to welcome people with disabilities.
