All the secrets of production are to be discovered during a visit to the heart of the distillery and ageing cellars of the Vignerons de l'île de Ré cooperative cellar, just a few metres from the campsite. On the road from Sainte-Marie de Ré to Bois-plage-en-Ré, it is a pleasant and instructive stop to visit the distillery and learn more about the production of local wines, pineaux and cognacs.
