  • Low season: every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • July and August: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Welcome !
We hope that you are well settled and that your location or accommodation suits you.
In the event of a malfunction, let us know your comments and notify us of any shortages or damage.
We will be able to be responsive for the smooth running of your stay.

You have 48 hours to complete it.

For luxury accommodation and pitches with individual sanitary facilities, please make an appointment 4 days before your departure to inspect the exit premises.


Don't have a cleaning package?
All cleaning of your accommodation is carried out by you.

Do you have luxury accommodation or have you opted for an end-of-stay cleaning package (€75)?
The cleaning of your accommodation is carried out by us. If you have chosen Luxury accommodation or taken a complete hotel package, cleaning is included.

For all accommodation, before your departure please:

  • Defrost the fridge
  • Clean and put away dishes
  • Place your household waste in the area
  • Remove your sheets and towels, put them in the bag provided for this purpose

If you leave between 11 p.m. and 8:15 a.m., don't forget to leave your car in the overnight parking lot at the campsite entrance.

  • 5 emergency call points represented by a red telephone on your map (given on your arrival and displayed on the campsite)
  • Wearing a bracelet and vehicle sticker is mandatory for everyone
  • European electrical adapter for camping: available at the grocery store
  • Shared barbecues: marked with a B on the campsite map (see safety rules)
  • Safe: rental available at reception (deposit required €32)
  • Locking of access to each side of reception and end of activities at 11 p.m., until 8 a.m. the next day

Your guests are our guests:

  • Please present yourself at reception, your vehicle remains outside the campsite
  • Free service limited to 5 a.m. within the campsite
  • Access to swimming pools prohibited (even with supplements)

Respecting selective sorting also means respecting the employees who take care of the maintenance and cleanliness of this area.

Our selective sorting area is located to the right of the main entrance:

  • Glass containers
  • Containers for newspapers and magazines
  • Yellow bins for all packaging (cardboard, metal, plastic, etc.)
  • Green bins for household waste
  • A composter for organic waste is located in the selective sorting area and next to reception. Bio-buckets are available at reception.

Small bins are available for your small waste (ice cream and candy wrappers, tissues, etc.). Please do not throw waste or cigarette butts on the ground.

Send or receive mail:

  • Departure every morning at 9 a.m. (mailbox located outside reception)
  • Reception at 12 p.m. available at reception

To connect to wifi:

Choose the “Camping Interlude” network, a window opens automatically:

  • Free 2GB/day option: insert name, first name and email address to connect
  • Unlimited access option: choose “Other choices” to enter the username and password provided.

Sanitary blocks, cleanliness: our priority

The hygiene team makes regular visits throughout the day to the Clair Matin sanitary facilities as well as to the swimming pool changing room from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in low season and until 8 p.m. in high season.

After your visit, raclettes are at your disposal in the Clair Matin block, we are counting on you.

Open from 8:15 a.m. to 11 p.m.
WCs and sinks accessible 24 hours a day
Showers and dishwashing sinks are closed from 11 p.m. to 8:15 a.m. (to avoid noise pollution)

Children are not allowed to attend these places without being accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to play and make abusive or recreational use of water.
Do not deposit household waste in the toilet blocks but in the selective sorting area located at the entrance to the site.
Fisherman friends, please send your fish waste to the containers in the selective sorting area at the entrance to the site.

Laundry and ironing:

  • €4 in coin or credit card per machine/dryer
  • Strictly follow the instructions posted on the wall of the laundromat
  • NEVER USE “HAND WASH” DETERGENT
  • Accessible from 8:15 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Admission
To be admitted to enter or settle in at Sunêlia Interlude, you must have been authorized by the reception desk staff after presentation of documents proving your identity and place of residence. Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted. To preserve the family character of Interlude, individual groups without supervision of an adult are not admitted.

Placement
The assignment of the plot or rental number is within the strict authority of management.

Accommodations
In breeze or strong wind, please make sure to close the parasols and remove them from their support. For information, the glass plate against the wall above the hob is protection against splashes and must remain against the wall. Be careful, in direct contact with heat it can break.

Barbecues: Mentioned on the map with a B
Authorized: gas or electric barbecues, special lighters.
Formal ban on using:

  • Personal charcoal barbecues.
  • Any alcohol for lighting.
  • Any fuel other than charcoal.

Essential precautions:

  • On hand: bottles of water or a bucket of water.
  • Locate the nearest fire hose.
  • After use, extinguish the embers and remove the cold ashes.
  • Do not leave under any circumstances when a barbecue is lit.
  • In case of wind or breeze, please avoid having a barbecue.


Emergency call point:
To contact the night watchman:

  • Pick up the handsets marked with one on the campsite map.
  • After a few seconds, the watchman will answer you.

Defibrillator: Available at reception and at the “La Grillérade” restaurant.

Evacuation and assembly point:
In the event of an evacuation, the assembly point is the Fort Sunny play area behind reception.

The day

Access: secured by code and license plate.

Pedestrians and cyclists
Pay attention to closed barriers, never use vehicle lanes.
Only use the passages dedicated to you, located at the right end of the automatic barriers.

Automatic entry and exit barriers active 24 hours a day
Communicate the vehicle registration plate to our reception staff in advance.
Move your vehicle slowly facing the entry or exit barrier facing the camera. The barrier opens. If this is not the case, please enter your 6-digit code + the letter A (indicated by our reception staff upon your arrival).

Beach gates (active from 6 a.m. to midnight)
To avoid intrusions when returning from the beach, the gates open using your code (6 digits + letter A). From midnight to 6 a.m., we invite you to use the main entrance to the campsite in order to avoid noise pollution.

Vehicle circulation
In July and August, each vehicle must have a sticker with its location identification number on the windshield, passenger side. Please respect the speed limit of 10km/h.

Parking
At the entrance: space reserved for arrivals’ vehicles (10 min) and night parking.
Please park your vehicle in the space designated by the reception service.
Guest or additional vehicles must park outside the site (possibility of reserving a space inside the campsite with a supplement of €8/night).

For your peace of mind
In July and August, a security guard is present on the site every afternoon.

The night

Gate closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
To enter :

  • Move your vehicle forward, get out of the vehicle then enter your code on the keypad located on your left.
  • Let the gate open fully and park in the parking lot.


To go out :

  • Move your vehicle 50 cm from the gate.
  • The gate detects you and opens on its own.


Out of respect for your peace and quiet, access to each side of reception is locked from 11 p.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Therefore, in the event of departure planned before 8:15 a.m., please leave your vehicle at the entrance to the establishment the evening before 11 p.m.

For your peace of mind
A night watchman is present every evening all season, you can contact him by picking up the emergency call terminals (listed on your map).


There must be total silence between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Campsite users are asked to avoid any noise likely to annoy their neighbors (televisions, radios, stereos, vehicle doors and trunks, discussions, etc.).
